We offer rapid (next day) prototype single or double sided PCBs. The maximum board size is 347mmx204mm. Standard board is 1.6mm FR4, but other thicknesses and types are also available such as CEM2, CEM3 and flexi PCB. This is acheived in house using our LPKF ProtoMat C30s which machines blank PCB to Gerber files acheivig extreme accuracy. Fine pitch SMD components down to 0.1mm (4mils) pad to pad gap, vias down to 0.3mm, resolution 7.937um (0.31 mil). Impedance controlled RF boards can also produced. Multilayer PCB can be sourced through our suppliers.
